Anahita in the Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour. Because of very light winds we had to use our engine for most of the trip over from Anguilla - luckily we had bought an electric tiller pilot in St. Martin that we installed provisionally on the way.
Moonrise in Gorda Sound. Around the 2 by 2 miles of water there are no less than five yacht resorts with hundreds of moorings, restaurants, shops, bars, etc. - a true Disneyland for charter yachts.

Sailing between Virgin Gorda and Tortala is like sailing on a lake. In fact, the whole BVI cover a surface smaller than that of the Lac Léman.
There are not many dive sites in the BVI. This photo is from the wreck of the Rhône at Peter island.
Jost van Dyke has the famous Foxy´s. Tortola has Pusser´s Restaurant in Sopper´s Hole. They serve a drink called painkiller. Indeed it helped us to forget that water had destroyed half of our electronic equipment when we raced with an open window...
